Our Rooms
The Miller Flats by Thatch has a total of 9 apartments. 4 One-Bedrooms, 4 Studios, and one three bedroom duplex. The apartments are designed to be as efficient as possible for the modern day traveler. Each of the units have a full kitchen, with each of the one-beds having a pullout couch, providing a sleeping area for children, or additional guests. The One-Beds and Studios are outfitted with Queen beds, flat screen TVs with streaming capabilities and of course, every guest is treated with fresh linens, towels and cooking essentials upon arrival.
The ground floor, three bedroom duplex is one of a kind in Boston, providing two queen size beds, one king size bed, two full baths, in-unit washer and dryer, and a ground floor living area that has a full kitchen and living area with a sectional couch, and flat screen TV with streaming capabilities.
Studio
The four studios are numbered, #3, #5, #7 and #9. These are all front facing units, providing guests with morning light through bay windows, an ideal sitting area for a morning coffee while looking over Charles Street. Each Studio is outfitted with a queen bed, a bistro table with two chairs, a +50” TV with streaming capabilities, and a well equipped kitchen stocked with the essentials.

One-Bedroom
The four One-Bedroom apartments are numbered, #2, #4, #6, #8, and are all located on the back of the building. In the apartment's living room, guests are provided a bistro table with two chairs, an additional lounge chair, a pullout couch and a +50” TV with streaming capabilities. The bedroom, with a queen bed, can be closed off with a pocket door, and the galley kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. These units have been favorites for families with small children looking for a perfect home base for a visit to Boston
